This limited edition Black Spruce Coat Rack was milled from a larger piece of a MASSIVE Black Spruce tree that came down during hurricane dorian. The milled slabwood sat in storage until I found uses and homes for all of them. The remaining pieces which are too small for tables have been turned into various creations. This of which is my favourite. Ive yet to find a wood grain similar to that of which is present in this piece. It is absolutely stunning. I left it natural in colour, as opposed to stained. This piece of spruce in particular came from near the heart of the tree. It has intricate grain with hues of blues, greens, browns and greys/blacks. To be sealed with multiple coats of polyurethane prior to install. Three (double) metal hooks. Approx 20". Installation is available for an extra $39.99. Coat hanger comes with fasteners and hardware for install.
